All of these situations have left us insecure & confused about one of the most SACRED aspects of our identity. 💫Sensuality- sexuality - creativity- self expression - flow state💫 ...can unlock some of our most nurturing, deep, transformative, & enriching superpowers! They are sacred gifts that allow us to explore inner depths, gain self-confidence and understand who we are.

We have been taught to hide, downplay, alter & exploit our creative-expressive powers for so long. No more!

Let’s put an end to the insecurity, shame, pain, guilt, discomfort, and unworthiness associated with our SACRED SEXUALITY.

Herpes truths: unless you are blood tested, you cannot be sure if you do or do not have it. IGG vs IGE past and current or recent antibodies. type 1 and 2 can live anywhere. you can have sores anywhere boxers can go. sometimes the nerves that had sores will never fully feel normal again. your lifestyle is the main influencer of outbreaks and control of the virus.anger-the liver- and herpes viruses. lemon balm in all forms is the best natural medicine. everyone is running around with herpes and doesnt know it bc drs aren't ordering the right tubes for the coded blood testing, and people aren't getting blood tested (or fully blood tested for ALL STD's!) when they go for STD testing even if they ask for a "full workup or full std panel, you must also say AND herpes or you will not be tested. this leads to tons of false negatives running around telling people I'm good i got tested, yea just never for herpes.... doctors are part of the reason STD's are exponentially rising. Mine told me this firsthand.
